At Wristbuddys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new watch strap or accessory. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
